Starting Bright Diamond Alliance LTD (BDA) has been the culmination of a lifelong dream come true. All my life I have strived for balance in all that I did and I defined true success as living a balanced life (Mental, Physical, Spiritual, Social, and financial).

My commitment to God and His plans for my life and family has always been the primary motivational force in every decision I have made in my life since I was a child. I'
God continues to bless the staff of BDA and all our hard working distribution networkers and we continue to seek even better and more improved ways to provide both products and health consulting to the millions of the Kenyan people we are currently and intent to service.

My favorite text in the bible and the one I claim daily is: "Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us" Ephesians 3:20 God continuing to provide great opportunities to BDA and I am thrilled to have been able to all Him to use me to start this company to His honor and glory and to serve His children.
Chief Financial Officer
Karlene Claudia Minott is a Jamaican Entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Minott's & Associates. Which offers services of accounting to some of Jamaica's largest retail businesses.

Ms Minott is also the Chief Financial Officer of Bright Diamond Alliance Ltd in Kisumu Kenya .
As CFO she reports directly to the CEO- Dwayne Williams. And is said to have a management style that gets results as she communicates with staff on all levels. As well as spending considerable time in her craft hereby getting firsthand experience useful for the business.

Ms. Minott vision for BDA includes a four part strategic theme. The first is sustainable growth. Secondly to become more customer centric. Thirdly, to increase BDA operational efficiency. And fourth is to create and drive performance hereby we can identify growth through profit margins.
Deputy Director of Accounts
An academically and professionally an accountant and a Deputy Director of Accounts for Bright Diamond Alliance (BDA) Limited with a passion for ensuring overall account productivity and efficiency of BDA in line with to establish a network of successful independent business owners throughout Kenya,

Director of Operations
Edam’s business acumen and experience as an educator and an agent of social change in Kisumu, Kenya best speaks for his ability to provide oversight roles of operational aspects of the company’s strategy with duties to ensure operation information is supplied to the President and CEO of the company, ensure smooth and productive coordination of procedures through training and coaching, with the end goal of establishing a network of successful independent business owners throughout the region subscribed to the idea of improving the health, wellness and nutritional needs of the global community.
